At 4i apps solutions, we empower enterprises to digitize and automate their document signing and identity workflows through Docusign licensing support and end-to-end eSignature integration services. Our expertise lies in seamlessly connecting Oracle Fusion CX, ERP, HCM, and other enterprise applications with Docusign IAM (Intelligent Agreement Management) and Docusign eSignature leveraging direct integrations or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) middleware for scalable, reliable automation.
Our Docusign Support Offerings
1. Licensing Support
We guide organizations in selecting the right Docusign license plans tailored to their business needs, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum value. Our team assists with license provisioning, renewals, and ongoing support to keep your eSignature and Docusign IAM processes running smoothly.
2. Complex eSignature Integrations
We specialize in building enterprise-grade integrations between Docusign and core Oracle systems, including:
- Oracle Fusion ERP – Streamlining procurement contracts and finance workflows.
- Oracle Fusion HCM – Automating employee onboarding and HR workflows.
- Oracle Fusion CX – Enhancing customer experience workflows with Docusign IAM-powered eSignatures.
Sample Use Cases:
- Procurement Contracts Automation – Approvals, signatures, and storage in a unified flow.
- Employee Onboarding – Digital offer letters, verification, and eSignature-based approvals.
- Customer Onboarding with KYC – Seamlessly collecting KYC documents and signatures for instant activation.
Custom-Built Docusign IAM Extension: Oracle CX Orchestrator
As part of our innovation focus, we have developed Oracle CX Orchestrator, a custom extension app that bridges Docusign IAM workflows directly with Oracle Fusion CX.
- Lead and Opportunity Creation:
- If a lead’s identity verification and eSignature process is completed, Docusign IAM automatically onboards the lead in Oracle CX.
- If the lead already exists and verification is successful, the workflow directly creates an opportunity in Oracle CX.
- Powered by OIC Middleware:
Oracle CX Orchestrator is built on Oracle Integration Cloud, ensuring high scalability and easy extensibility. The solution can be expanded to cover multiple CX processes, such as service requests, customer contracts, and renewals — all triggered by Docusign IAM workflows.
