Lead Functional Consultant (Oracle Functional Primavera)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Architect & Functional SME to lead end-to-end PMIS solution design, implementation, and advisory engagements across large capital-projects clients in the GCC region.
The role owns the full solution lifecycle — from requirements workshops, gap analysis, and solution design through uDesigner configuration, integration architecture, testing, training, go-live, and hyper-care — across Oracle Primavera Unifier & Primavera P6 EPPM with integrations to Oracle ERP / EBS via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Primavera Gateway.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Unifier functional and uDesigner expertise with solution-architecture-level thinking: capable of running client workshops with C-level and PMO stakeholders, producing high-quality design documentation (SDD, BR100, DFDs, integration specifications), leading presales pursuits (RFP responses, demos).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and gap analysis with C-level and PMO stakeholders.
- Design and configure Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions in uDesigner, with Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Architect integrations with Oracle ERP / EBS through Oracle Integration Cloud and Primavera Gateway.
- Produce design documentation: SDD, BR100, DFDs and integration specifications.
- Lead testing, training, go-live and hyper-care, and support presales (RFP responses, demos).
