The Challenge
Dubai Duty Free (DDF), a premier retail operator in the UAE, manages one of the busiest and most complex retail environments in the region. DDF’s HR processes were spread across disparate systems including Oracle EBS HR, Sniper Hire, Excel and Power BI, resulting in inefficiencies, data silos and limited visibility.
Manual HR tasks burdened HR teams, and payroll processing lacked automation and compliance flexibility for the large Middle East workforce. Recruiting, onboarding, learning and performance tracking were inconsistent, and significant finance and procurement transaction volumes across disjointed systems led to delays and reconciliation challenges.
