The Challenge
Q Mobility is a newly established legal entity under ADQ (Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company), created to consolidate parking and toll management services across Abu Dhabi. It manages two key revenue-generating systems, MAWAQiF (public parking) and DARB (toll gate system), previously operated under the Integrated Transport Center (ITC).
As a newly carved-out entity, Q Mobility required a fresh Oracle Fusion Cloud environment for core Finance and HCM functions, with daily revenue reconciliation of DARB toll collections, automated and secure file transfers for Accounts Payable, Payroll and bank statements, and clear separation of reporting for parking and toll operations.
Legacy data from ADQ, including employee, supplier, contract and asset records, also had to be onboarded efficiently.
The Solution
4i designed and implemented a robust Oracle Fusion Cloud solution covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses), Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal) and HCM Cloud (Core HR, Absence Management, HCM Journeys, Payroll, Compensation).
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) delivers daily reconciliation of toll revenue through the Integrated Transport Payment System (ITPS), along with AP and payroll file transfers and MT940 bank statement ingestion.
