The Challenge
A public sector body with multiple sub counties in the Republic of Kenya, in the western region covering an area of 3,033.8 km², was looking for an able partner to help it manage its revenue with Oracle PSRM.
The county needed to eliminate revenue leakage, improve revenue collection and maintain a centralized application to capture and track information about taxpayers across its sub counties.
The goal: maximize tax compliance, improve taxpayer service and enhance collection capabilities.
The Solution
4i implemented Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management (PSRM) covering Registration, Payments, Accounting, Billing and Collections, enabling the client to manage its revenue types effectively.
The solution provides a centralized revenue management application to capture and track taxpayer information in the sub counties, with Foundation, Forms and Self Service modules alongside the core revenue processes.
