The Challenge
Modon Properties was established in January 2018 as a real estate development company, mandated by the Government of Abu Dhabi to develop recreational and sports destinations, including recreational facilities, innovation and technology hubs, and retail outlets.
Modon develops real estate, tourism and residential projects across Abu Dhabi. The client aimed to acquire a project management solution to effectively oversee projects, streamline processes and optimize resource allocation, and chose Primavera P6 EPPM Cloud as its solution.
The company works in line with the goals of Abu Dhabi’s Future Plan, supporting the Emirate’s economic success and keeping pace with its future growth.
The Solution
4i installed and implemented the latest version of Primavera Project Portfolio Management on OCI, applied the latest P6 EPPM patch for the required environments and successfully migrated all existing projects to the P6 application.
4i installed Primavera P6 Professional for 19 user machines, configured P6 Pro Cloud Connect, configured single sign-on for 19 users, configured OHS mapped with the LB MODON server and trained 19 users on Oracle’s P6 EPPM application.
