The client required an enterprise project management solution to track and manage all the packages in the Phase 2 construction and commissioning of metro rail operations, with a common data environment for the entire project planning along with tracking and real-time reporting.

The Solution
4i studied the client’s business process, gathered the workflow of the organization and recommended Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM Cloud. The solution was configured as per the client’s requirement, including enterprise data, user administration, EPS and OBS, scheduled services, dashboards, portfolios and resources.
User access control was defined as per the RACI matrix defined by the client. The P6 Professional client application was installed and configured for end users, and training sessions were conducted on P6 EPPM Cloud and P6 Professional.
