4i carried out a lift and shift of the authority’s Oracle EBS landscape to a dedicated Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center in Oman, migrating the EBS internal application, BI, mobile application, EBS external application server (DMZ) and database, and moving from Solaris to Linux.
4i also implemented a comprehensive VAT solution aligned with the authority’s business processes and legal obligations, integrated with Oracle EBS for accurate tax calculations, invoicing and reporting.
