The Challenge
Deyaar is a mainstream property sales and leasing company with continuous project launches in key areas in Dubai. To prepare for the real estate boom post COVID, Deyaar wanted to ensure its ERP machinery was modernized to scale up to the demand.
Deyaar had been using Oracle E-Business Suite for more than a decade and was impressed with the benefits that moving to the cloud can bring. Deyaar evaluated various Oracle partners and chose 4i as its implementation partner, with expertise in property sales management as a key evaluation factor.

The Solution
As part of the transformation, the entire organization, including Finance, SCM, HCM and Property Sales Management, was rejuvenated with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with Identity Cloud Services configured for the new landscape.
PRISM (Property Real Estate Integrated Sales Management), a product developed by 4i on Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), manages launches, presales, bookings, payment plans and collections, and is integrated with the Yardi property leasing system and NetSuite using Oracle Integration Cloud.
