The Challenge
Msheireb Properties is a real estate company and a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation, with 350+ employees. Its flagship project, Msheireb Downtown Doha, is the world’s first fully built smart and sustainable city district.
As a master property developer managing the Downtown Doha project and property management, the client had data in different systems that were not connected to give management a holistic view of operations. It required a modern analytics system with financial and operational dashboards using data from Oracle Fusion Cloud and its Property Management System.
Management needed a single, holistic view of financial and operational data spread across disconnected systems.
The Solution
Msheireb Properties uses Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for its ERP and required management reporting for its back-office solutions. 4i proposed Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) for business analytics.
4i configured Fusion Analytics Warehouse for Fusion HCM, Fusion SCM and Fusion ERP (Financials), and set up and configured Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse on OCI.
