Eye Foundation Ltd. delivers specialized eye care services across a growing network of hospitals, optical centers, and pharmacy units. As the organization expanded, it faced disconnected systems across clinical, finance, and retail operations, complex procurement models involving pharma companies and dealer networks, and high transaction volumes across patient services, pharmacy, and optical businesses.
A large and dynamic item master with dual pricing (MRP vs purchase price), multiple integration points and limited real-time financial visibility across entities added to the complexity, and the organization required a rapid implementation with minimal disruption to ongoing healthcare operations.
With diverse revenue streams and tightly integrated supply chain operations, Eye Foundation required a scalable and unified enterprise platform to support its continued growth.
The Solution
