Latest Stable EBS Release
Financials, SCM, HRMS and Time & Labor modules now run on Oracle EBS 12.2.8 with a 12c database.

Oracle EBS was upgraded from 12.1.x to 12.2.8, and the database from 10.2.0.2 to 12c.
25 Discoverer reports and four dashboards were migrated to APEX with interactive report components and a responsive UI.
A major power generation and water desalination public utility company, with 300+ Oracle users managing assets worth QAR 15.6 billion, wanted to upgrade its existing Oracle EBS 12.1.x to 12.2.8.
The client also needed to migrate its Discoverer reports, which were no longer supported, and looked for a recognized Oracle partner. It selected 4i, an Oracle Platinum Cloud Select Partner and Cloud Excellence Implementer.
With Discoverer desupported, the client’s reporting needed a modern, supported platform alongside the EBS upgrade.
4i upgraded the Oracle EBS system to the latest stable version for an optimized experience and, as a value-added service, recommended migrating the Discoverer reports to the APEX platform. The client’s operating system was upgraded to RHEL v7, and the Oracle Applications Tablespace Model (OATM) was migrated to 12c to eliminate compatibility issues with existing custom objects.
4i re-implemented the existing Leave Management system with new validation and approval rules, reconciled over 11 years of Inventory module data, enabled Java Web Start to make Oracle Forms compatible with all browsers, and configured HTTPS for the application node.
