The client is a reputed conglomerate with global operations offering technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services, specialised in planning and commissioning renewable energy solar and wind power plants.
To improve the efficiency of construction projects in line with its sustainability goals, the client required a cloud-based project management system. After evaluating various systems, it finalized Oracle Primavera Cloud, the newest offering from Oracle’s Primavera Construction & Engineering business units.
The requirement was to run ongoing power plant projects in OPC for efficient execution and monitoring, and to automate the process from progress collection to reporting.
